My Duke research studied why transmission projects fail due to community opposition—and what actually works to overcome it. I spent three years leading public affairs for the Grain Belt Express, advancing a multi-state HVDC project through complex regulatory and stakeholder landscapes. Before energy, I was Chief of Staff in the Missouri Senate and ran political campaigns.
